Managed IT Services

You don’t have to be an IT expert. Instead, outsource your technology to experts who will provide you a simpler, more effective IT experience

As a successful small or medium-sized company, you rely on IT and need it to work for your business. When it comes to maintenance and planning, you should consider managed IT services to take care of your IT investments.

The KR Group's Approach

Your technology is our passion. When you trust us with your IT environment, our goal is to add value and efficiency to your technology plan.

With our managed services, you can stop worrying about your IT problems because we’ll do it for you.

As a result, you can spend more time focusing on the tasks that make your business profitable.

Managed IT Services Contract

When you decide our managed IT services are right for you, you’ll need to sign a contract to partner with us formally and make several decisions during this process.

While you’ll have ample opportunity to review your formal contracts before signing up for managed services, there are a few components we want to highlight for you.

You’ll need to standardize your hardware and software suite to streamline our services.
For non-urgent IT issues, you can reach us between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can always call us after hours to make emergency requests.
You’ll agree to a term of 1, 3, or 5 years to stick with us for managed services.
You have 90 days to decide if managed services will work for your business. After that, you’ll have to pay out the remainder of your contract if you choose to terminate it early.

Managed Services Cost

Your IT needs are unique, and a managed services contract from The KR Group will reflect that. This also means the cost for each customer will look different.

However, there are a few ways you can estimate the cost of a contract:

A one-time fee of $500 per site for an audit
A one-time fee of $750-$2,000 per site for a physical firewall
A recurring fee of $85-$100 per user per month for software suite

You’ll receive a monthly invoice for your charges, but this should only make up a portion of your IT budget. You’ll also need to budget for equipment replacement and services excluded from your contract. The contract covers the majority of your IT costs, but it isn’t all-encompassing.
