If you’ve requested support from the KR Group in the last year, you’ve likely had the chance to work with Josiah Reed, one of The KR Group’s systems engineers. 
He started working at The KR Group in October 2020 managing and monitoring clients’ installed systems and infrastructure. He primarily works with managed IT services clients.
“I really enjoy the amazing work team and culture of The KR Group,” Josiah said. “It’s rewarding to resolve IT issues and know I helped our customers through my work.”
According to Technical Services Manager Mitchell Magoon, Josiah is a valued part of the team as well.
“Josiah does a great job of listening during interactions with all of The KR Group’s customers, as well as fellow colleagues,” Mitchell continued. “He’s an integral part of the managed IT services group and is the definition of a team player. His diverse rang

Josiah brings several years of IT experience to The KR Group, and he also earned an associate’s degree in computer networking systems and a bachelor’s in computer security systems.
Outside of work, Josiah enjoys working out, trading cryptocurrency, and spending time with his girlfriend and their three dogs.
